About the Law Department
Per Stow City Charter, the Law Director for the City of Stow shall be an attorney at law in good standing, duly admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio. The Law Department represents the City in most criminal and civil proceedings and serves as legal advisor to all City of Stow departments and officers. The Law Department also drafts the legislation that is acted upon by Stow City Council and reviews all contracts as to proper form.
