The Reserve Unit provides Vacation watches; an exterior security inspection of your home; while residents are gone for a minimum of 7 days but no longer than 30 days.

Vacation Watches are preformed on an "as available" basis. When problems are observed contact will be made with a key holder that YOU designate.

You MUST contact the Department upon your return.

• Date and time of departure and of return
• Name, address and phone number(s) of someone who has a key to your home.
• Any emergency numbers where you can be reached.
• Location of any lights left on in the home
• Description of any cars left in the driveway or garage (Make/model/color/plate #)
• Any pets left in your home and type of pets
• Any other information (i.e. people coming to collect mail or to perform maintenance on your home, house or pet sitters, etc.)
